I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS. Got a quote last night along with 5 others. Aside from being the fairest quote, Parker was able to schedule today for the install. They list out everything in the quote along with the exact parts and labor listed. Chase and I believe his brother came promptly within the scheduled time. It took them 35-40 mins to change front pads/rotors and back pads. Test drove it and they were on their way. Drove the car out this afternoon and brakes were working to perfection. I actually drove to a local "popular" business to have my car checked for free. They quoted me much much more for the same service. Wasted time and effort in doing so. Know exactly what you need so that you'll be quoted accurately. The convenience, fairness in pricing and the professionalism that Parker/Chase exemplified is what sets this business apart from everyone else out there. EZ decision, yes yes yes... sent over a quote request later in a Sunday night and received a quote for service first thing in the morning. The quote that Parker provided was comparable to the local shops in terms of pricing. I soon texted him in the morning with immediate an immediate response. They had no issues with using parts that's I had already obtained on Amazon and charging for labor. Scheduled service with the duo later that morning and arrived shortly. The duo finished the brake job that included replacing of the front rotors, front pads and rear pads all in about an hour. There was no need to leave your car anywhere. There was no need to find a ride back home or a ride to the shop to pickup my car. Was super easy and convenient!

There was an error with the scheduling. The owner reached out and made accommodations to fix the issue quickly. They performed the work very quickly and the price was significantly lower than other service providers. Will use again.

Genuinely pleased after approaching the business with some skepticism due to all the positive reviews. First, I checked out the Hidden Reviews to see if a large number of bad ones were suppressed -- there was just one: for not answering questions (for a quote, I assume). Next, I looked up the license number (#294460) with the Bureau of Automotive Repair on the CA DCA site and found it valid. BBB had 0 complaints since the business started in 2019. Made an appointment yesterday with Parker for today at 10:30am, and Chase and their dad showed up right on time. They introduced themselves, were friendly, courteous, and dressed professionally. The rear brake pads were replaced in a surprising 25-ish minutes. The quote originally stated "Toyota" brakes along with the corresponding part number, but what was used was Akebono ceramic pads. For those who do not know, Akebono was founded in Chicago and has a trusted following as both a supplier and manufacturer of brake pads. I was not asked to write a review, but felt compelled to do so for a local business like this. Pricing was great and the fact they come to your house is very convenient. I assume that because they (probably) do not have a physical repair shop presence, they are able to pass on the cost savings to the customer. Thank you, Chase, Parker, and your dad! Called Thursday they came Friday morning. Prices for parts were OEM Lexus and cost very close to what you can buy online. Labor was also very reasonable. They cane right on time and the replacement brake pads and rotors were done less than 45 min.

These guys were awesome. They showed up early, replaced all of my break pads in no time at all and even showed me exactly what the break pads looked like afterwards. Great service and super professional. Definitely recommend

Great service with a reasonable price in OC. I highly recommend this place for people who has a busy schedule. They drove to my location and finished the brake change in 45 mins. Best choice if you don't wanna drop off your car for an hour to 2 hours wait.

Excellent service! Had my car in at the local Lexus Dealership and while there they said I needed to replace my brake pads, then then quoted me a price. I declined and called EZ-Brakes and spoke to Parker, he quickly gave me a price and booked an appointment for the next morning. The 2 man team showed up right on time, they were clean and super professional. They got started right away, explained a few things to me about what I needed and went to work. They finished in about 30 minutes or so. The price was more than half of the dealership, and the service was top notch. I highly recommend using EZ-Brakes when it's time for your next brake service.
