Found EZ-Brake on yelp - opened up dialog with Parker thru yelp about the business- set appt for 10am Tues 1/18 - they were on time - father & son operation- I was amazed at teamwork and speed of job - small hiccup with part not on van , due to mix-up, but stuff happens- after assessing problem ,Parker (the son) made a call to supplier and found they had a warehouse nearby -1.7 mi away and took off to get part - this is a mark of a great company - decision took less than a minute for solution - meanwhile I had a great conversation with his dad - 15 min passed - Parker came back and in less than 5min job was complete - Wow! If the part was not missing , job would take 30min - but it still just took 1 hr . Work quality was excellent- price reasonable - they applied veterans discount - only thing is I didn't get name of Parker's dad - good job guys! It was a treat for me to see such a well oiled team operate

I was so pleased with how professional, friendly, reliable, trustworthy, and service oriented this family owned business is, and I fully plan on utilizing their services again for my vehicle. Their business model is fantastic, super convenient, and their work is top notch!

Parker and his team have now serviced two of my vehicles. I'm a repeat customer because they are super responsive and flexible with regard to scheduling an appointment, as well as efficient and trustworthy on the repair and replacement of brakes, and then there's the whole idea of their business model ... that they come to you! How convenient is that? There are a lot of things that can go wrong with cars these days, but I know I can rely on EZ Brakes for the brakes department!

This father and son team are the best, everything they did was done to the highest order. Great service right on time at your door and for less money then the dealership. They assessed my brakes and determined it was not necessary to service the front yet. While servicing the rear bakes they replaced a broken lug bolt in the process because they carry the parts for that as well. There is no reason not to use this excellent service. We are a very satisfied customer.

Very convenient, fast, and fair priced. Parker was easy to talk to and explained everything to me while working on my car. He even mentioned that I didn't need to change my rear brake pads at the time, but my preventative nature chose to have both front and rear pads changed. It's a breath of fresh air to have a automobile service that's not trying to squeeze every penny out of you. He was literally finished with my car in less than 45 minutes even while engaging in conversation with me. I would highly recommend not only for its convenience but quality of service as well.

These guys are changing the game. I was on the fence about not going to a shop but when you consider how long your car just sits there combined with the usual less than friendly environment I was willing to gamble. I'm so glad I did. These guys are true professionals. Arrived on time with all needed tools and a professional company branded van. Two guys completed the install in under an hour and I was able to sit in the comfort of my home. It gets better. I didn't know if I needed front and rear and requested both to be safe. Parker is an honest guy and said I didn't need the front. Top that! This is the best service I've ever had on a brake job. These guys are legit.

Hal and his team/sons are great. My brakes were squeaking so I assumed the pads were low (even though my dad had them replaced recently and forgot to tell me). EZ brakes were honest about the new pads, fixed the squeaking, and only charged me a small inspection fee. Highly recommend their services

I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was with this family owned company. I called asked for an estimate (competitive), they came out within a few hours and called to update me on arrival time, they worked fast and were very friendly. So easy and I never had to leave my house. Highly recommended and will definitely be calling them for any future work.

On time, great communication, and a hassle-free transaction. They don't try to over complicate the services they provide, and are completely honest and transparent with how they conduct business. Best of all they do the work right there in front of your home, so it's not like they're in the back of a garage that's off limits to you. I enjoyed speaking with the guys who came out to do the work, and seeing them put it all together right in front of you means you know they're doing a great job. Of course you don't want to be the backseat driver, but it's fun to watch (even learn) how they do what they do.
