Awesome, honest, great communication, fast service, reasonable and competitive pricing and they came to my house!!! With OEM parts. They showed me all the parts that came off my car so I could see they did indeed need to be replaced, etc. Grateful for their help and we'll use them again.

This is a great business!! They responded really quickly to my request and came out to do my brakes this morning. They were extremely professional and finished in 30 minutes! The price is super reasonable and the process could not have been more convenient. I don't think I've ever had such a smooth and easy experience having work done on my vehicles. What a great business model and an incredible family business! This saved me so much time and I get to support a local business. They come to you, wherever you are and are based in the Orange County/Irvine area. I would HIGHLY recommend their service time and time again. Very personable, responsive, efficient (quick but no "mickey-mouse" work around here), honest and great work. Reasonably price for high quality work and customer service.

Excellent work! Had front & back pads replaced on my 2009 Corolla and 2007 Tahoe front pads, all done with no issues. Correctly done the first time. If you want a convenient way to have brake pads and rotors done, this is the way to do it. Saves time! Highly recommended! Keep up the great work, very honest and reliable!

These people aren't the cheapest, but the service is 100% worth the cost. You will get convenience, quality, and honesty. There are no hidden fees and upselling with EZ Brakes. I messaged Parker less than 24 hours ago, set up a time to come out this morning, and now I'm sitting with four new brake pads on my van - all completed within an hour! They are a local family-run business (I am always looking to support our community), very responsive, competitive with their quotes, and honest. Although they quoted me for front and rear brake pad replacements, when Hal looked at the front pads he mentioned that I had quite away to go before I really needed to change them out - I'm a bit more preventative and it takes some serious planning for work scheduling for auto services (which is why I appreciated how they are mobile) - so I requested to replace anyway, but the transparency was appreciated. The entire experience was phenomenal, they pulled up in front of my curb, raised the van (check out the pic), swapped the pads, and were on their way in record time! Dealerships and local shops you're probably spending a half day worried about alternate transportation or sitting in a lobby for hours. Definitely going to recommend and use them again in the future!
