I just had my Front Pads & Rotors changed by Parker (literally 10 minutes ago) and I couldn't be more satisfied. The whole experience was professional and courteous from beginning to end. Being on a time crunch, EZ Brakes is definitely providing a win-win solution for everyone. Transparent with pricing and service and definitely a convenience to myself. Being at work I was unable to make time to get my brakes serviced, which takes hours at any shop/dealership these days. I called parker around Noon and I was fortunate enough to have him show and and finish the whole job by 4PM. I can tell that EZ Brakes genuinely provides the best service they can with the goals to satisfy their customer. I needed new brakes on demand because my rotors were heard grinding and scraping. I went to shops but they asked me to come the next day. I couldn't wait. At this point I was desperate to stop driving and to find the closest, available, and cheapest shop near me. My rotors were done! I called EZ Brakes not knowing they were a mobile service. Keep in mind I was nearly stranded at this point, trying to find a closer shop. They quoted me with a price extremely affordable for me and squeezed me into their schedule. Amazing service, amazing price, with an awesome time slot before they got to me. They got the job done within 30 minutes and I was back on the road with brand new rotors, brakes, and silent rotors! I found these guys after getting my car serviced at a repair shop and being quoted $450 (on top of the $600 I was already being charged) for a brake pad replacement (rear only). Sent a message asking for a quote and got a full itemized quote within minutes for under $200 and came with a guarantee. I left it alone for about a week while I shopped around and when I finally accepted their quote, Parker set up an appointment with me maybe 5 minutes later. Chase came out the next day exactly when I was told he would arrive and did the job in about 45 minutes and for the exact price I was quoted. I drove around a little bit later and it felt like a brand new car now. Highly recommend!

Great family owned business that does things right! Very affordable ($300 cheaper than Audi), they picked up genuine Audi parts from the dealer directly, mobile(they came to me), and didn't try adding to the cost. I'll be referring them to anyone that I know and I'll work with them again in the future. Excellent service, quick turnaround and very reliable. Thanks guys.

Parker the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. 5 star service, 5 star value and 5 another stars for efficiency. Time is definitely money for both parties involved and the transparency is perfect rather than going to a local shop that wants to squeeze you for everything and more. Needless to say I will use Parker again.

EZ-Brakes really make it easy!!! After doing it myself and actually busting my knuckle doing it, I said it was time to let the pros handle it. They were in and out after less than an hour changing out the front rotor/pads and rear pads only all using Akebono parts. There were one groves on the rear and the front had about 4 groves. (The wonders of salt and sand of a New England car) so they replaced my front rotors. They do all makes and models so I would recommend them highly for those who live in Orange County California. Their prices are very competitive and they're quick! Highly highly recommended!

Wonderful experience. Same day service. Take only 45 minutes to replace rear brake pads. It would take 2+ hours in the shop usually. Price is also competitive. I would go to them next time for sure.

My car did not start this morning and I was worried since I have work and won't be able to get it fixed. But I looked up on Yelp and found EZ-Brakes and called them right away. Hal answered and was able to schedule a battery replacement right after I get off work! ~ After work, I waited for Hal and he came in a timely manner and started right away. Turned out that the acid from my battery has been leaking out and corroded all over where he couldn't access the nut. He had to make a quick run back to his place to grab additional tools and some baking soda to help with the corrosion of my battery--by quick, he was lightening quick (could also be that he lived fairly close to me). After he came back, he was able to remove and insert my new battery. I started my car and it was all perfect!! ~ My overall experience with EZ-Brakes is that the staff was super friendly and accommodating! I enjoyed speaking with Hal and learning about what happened in my battery and situations where my battery would not be the problem. They definitely want to keep you in the loop of what's happening to your car. I'm hoping I won't run into any problems with my car anytime soon regarding the battery or brakes but if I do, I would NOT hesitate to call EZ-Brakes! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
