Parker and Chase just left. What to say? Easy experience and very professional. I called Wednesday, they checked in this morning as they were running early from their prior appointment and they were in and out within an hour. The brothers were efficient, hospitable (my three kids and I hung out and chatted), and were knowledgeable about their craft. Best part, they come to you. We didn't have to shuttle three car seats out of the van into the other vehicle or sit for hours at a service center on their schedule. I am a proponent of supporting local, family-owned and operated businesses and these guys deserve a call if you're looking for brake service.

I took my daughter's VW Beetle to the dealer for a full inspection before she took the car away to college. They gave me a quote to get the rear brake pads replaced that I thought was way too high. I found EZ-Brake through through Yelp and Parker gave me a quick quote that was less than half of the dealer's estimate. We set up an appointment and Parker and his brother showed up on time and did the job right in my driveway in about 30 minutes. There were no surprises or up-selling from this team. Test drove the car and the brakes work perfectly. Great experience overall!

These guys came out to my apartment and replaced my break pads so fast! They gave me a quote the night before and arrived at my place the next morning! These guys are the best! They came to my workplace and did my brakes while I was working. Extremely convenient and hassle free. Quick response time with an accurate estimate. These guys are great, accommodating, and knowledgeable! I wasn't sure if I had issues with my front brakes or back brakes, but asked them to quote me for all the scenarios including rotor replacement. They gave me 3 quotes assuming worst case scenarios and it was price very reasonably. After they arrived and inspected everything, they were upfront about the condition of my brakes and told me I still had some thickness which meant they were fine and so were the rotors. To start, I've been having issues with squeaky brakes since they were changed at a different shop over a year ago. The owner of the shop waited until they replaced everything to tell me squeaking was normal for most performance brake pads and it would only squeak in the morning. I didn't think anything of it because it was my second brake change with them (no issues the first time). A few weeks went by with no squeaking so I figured everything was fine. But then it got worse and worse so I thought he sold me some cheap brake pads. Took it to another shop for an inspection and the owner of that shop told me brakes should never squeak. After inspecting it, he was dumbfounded and told me my brakes were good brakes (I was not lied to) and still very thick so all he did was surfaced the rotors a little in case that was the culprit. After hearing that I felt more relieved, but the squeak came back the next day. For a few months it would come and go, so I ignored it until recently when it just became worse. It even squeaked at crawling speeds and it was embarrassing. After explaining my problem to EZ Brake, they told me the original shop gave me metallic brake pads without even inspecting it. Also told me it wasn't a bad thing but they tend to squeak, which was why they use ceramic brake pads. It was an easy diagnose and they were absolutely right. The second shop I took it to couldn't even figure that out after inspecting it.

Car repairs can be a pain in the butt. Especially having to leave your car at a shop not knowing what they are doing to it. Well all that unknown has just been thrown out the window. I message parker here at EZ brakes last night and made an appointment for 2pm on a Saturday. Not only was he on time, he was early because he text me and said his previous job was complete and come early if I like. I liked!!! Parker and his brother arrived and were professional and started right away. All 4 pads were installed and done within an hour. Worth the price and worth the convenience. I would totally recommend this service. 5 stars and more to this business.

Honest, Easy, fast, CONVENIENT. All of it checks off with these guys. These dudes are legit!!! A family business that truly emphasis quality and speedy service. More importantly I love their transparency and honest diagnosis. Great concept with service. My breaks were worn down to the metal. I reached out and got a reply right away from Parker. I explained what was wrong and in a matter of minutes was given a quote. I agreed to have them come to my workplace parking garage where my car was parked. Upon arrival I was greeted by Parker and his brother and learned it's family business. I gave them the keys and they went to work. Come to find out, the diagnosis I gave them (front brakes) was totally wrong. They provided pictures of it and proceeded to fix the rear brakes. When all was said and done I had a great conversation with them and back to work I went. If your brakes need a fixing, call them because the minutes you get back from not having to drive to a shop and wait a few hours is well worth the money. Thanks boys!

Chase and Parker came to my office early in the morning and were finished with replacing the pads on the front and back of my car. They used a trusted, quality brand that has a good warranty. They were professional and friendly. And they finished within a couple of hours, all while I was able to do my own work with no hassle of going to the shop, waiting in line, and figuring out transportation to and from work while my car is in the shop, all for a fraction of the cost any Toyota dealership would have charged! Very pleased with the service. Couldn't have been any EZ-ier.

When my son wore his brake pads down to NOTHING he brakes locked up ! I contacted EZ -Brakes and got a very quick quote . They came out had the tire off and the situation diagnosed within mins . Very reasonable price and good customer service !

The name says it all EZ Brakes. For me it was the convenience of scheduling my appointment on my schedule and not waiting at a repair shop. Parker and his partner arrives promptly and I was quoted for front and rear brakes replacement which I requested. Upon inspection I was told my back brakes was fine and just needed to change my front brake pads. Honest and integrity shows. I was able to crab a chair and chat with them while they perform their work. Highly recommended.
