Parker and Chase were prompt in making it to the appointment. I had another appointment scheduled for 9:30a and they said that they could get me out in time for it. Even though they weren't finished by that time, they kept me in the loop. There was an issue with part of the job and they ensured that it was completed to satisfaction. I really enjoyed their thoroughness and their love for excellence service. I would recommend them to anyone. Also major props to Hal for completing the job and ease any concerns that I may of had

These guys were great, fast, polite and experts in brakes!! They came to my company and saved me $1,400.00!! They ended up doing a few other peoples brakes at my company!! Highly recommend these guys!! I've been driving on these brakes a few thousand miles already and they work great!! Even the Audi dealer said these guys did a great job!!

I just had the Brakes Only guys show up at my house and had brand new rotors, break pads, etc changed on my vehicle. The service I received from them was phenomenal. And on top of it, we got a great education lesson about our brakes! This guy were professional and speedy quick. And not to mention their pricing is unbeatable. The last time my son was home from college, I heard his brakes squealing as he pulled away. Being a worrywart mom, I wanted him to get his brakes checked ASAP. After searching Yelp for a mechanic near my son's school, I found EZ-Brakes. Parker was very responsive, informative, and patient with all of my questions. My son contacted Parker and arranged to have him come to his apartment to replace his brakes. He said Parker, Chase, and Hal were awesome! They replaced front and rear brakes and rotors. My son sent me pics of how worn they were and I was so glad they were able to get all the work done in one shot. In addition to convenience, the cost was a lot less than if we had taken his car to my mechanic. My son and I highly recommend EZ-Brakes!

I put off getting my breaks fixed because I didn't want to have to chase my kids around a mechanic shop while they were being replaced or worse have to be without a car for the day! EZ-breaks was an amazing solution!! Parker responded immediately to my phone call and even was able to come by later that afternoon! They were quick and very professional. Ok....This was too easy....Taking the windshield replacement model and putting it to work on brake system repairs was ingenious. After emailing Parker back and forth about my son's 440i, I decided to go to the local dealership. I wasted almost 2 hours dealing with all the drama of getting there, checking in, awaiting the service advisor and finally getting the car in for estimates. Just to analyze the brake issue would be 249.00. To look at the brakes? Oh my! So back to my laptop I went to say "Let's do it" to Parker. He was on-time, with the proper parts. He and his crew were professionally dressed, took care of the surroundings to ensure no mess would be in the work area, ie. brake fluid etc... Simply put, at 30% less than the dealer would charge, with personal attention to the vehicle and an outstanding job none the less. I was so happy that I tipped them generously, sent them on their way with Smoked Brisket and Armadillo eggs (was making a meal for an Eagle Scout project going on at the same time). Awesome job guys! Not to mention upon talking to them, they were Eagle Scouts as well. That says a lot of their character! I recommend EZ-Brakes at the highest level. Only advice I would give them would be to remain the way they are. Don't get too big or lose the personal touch. You have a service that is unbeatable the way you do it! Your communication was top notch and I can't say enough on how satisfied I am! THANK YOU!

So glad I hired EZ-Brakes! Parker responded almost immediately to my request via Yelp on a Sunday. They showed up a few minutes early and finished in under 2hrs. Every question I had was answered professionally. These guys definitely know what they're doing. I saved over 50 dollars vs the local Ford dealer who wanted to machine my rotors. EZ-Brakes provided NEW rotors, pads, and flushed my brake fluid. Best part was they came to my house! I was able to work while they worked. I also like the fact that it's a family run business. No hesitation to recommend them! Do yourself a favor and contact them the next time you need brake work.

If there is anything I dislike is car issues but now that I have found EZ-Brakes I think my feelings are changing. Why you ask? Well, today I got my brakes done while I was working. Yes, they came to me so that my busy day was not put on hold so that I could go somewhere and wait to have this handled. Bonus was not waiting in some smelly auto shop! EZ-Brakes came out and gave me a quote that was hundreds of dollars less than the other places I had gone to. Saving money is important to me, as is good customer service. Today I hit the jackpot as I got both! The two young men were prompt, professional, and very friendly. What a wonderful feeling that I was able to deal with such trusting professional team!
